Attorney O'Toole’s intensive trial and motion practice experience has made him at home with state and federal administrative agencies, as well- such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Office of Labor and Workforce Development, the Real Estate Licensing Board, and the Board of Registration in Medicine. His work as an advocate in the probate and family courts have left him deftly conversant with nuptial issues, and estate planning issues as well.
After graduating from Boston College High School with a classical Jesuit education, Austin attended Tufts University where he completed his four year college education earning cum laude honors and a dual degree in International Relations and Economics. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Jurisprudence at Suffolk University Law School, again graduating with honors. Attorney O'Toole also has a Florida office, where he has been a member of the bar for over 30 years. Established in 1996, the downtown Boston practice has never limited Attorney O'Toole's range of geographical contacts, or his reach of experience from the various cities and counties outside of Boston.
